PASSENGER ACCOMMODATION

We undertake all work on the passenger cabins ranging from a complete re-configuration through to an upgrade of one class of seats.  Corinium can produce all the necessary drawings, manual updates and certificates required for EASA approval.

In addition to the seating layout, we can produce the drawings for the work that often spins off from these changes:
  • Weight and Balance change reports
  • Emergency equipment layouts
  • Flam test reports for re-upholstery
  • Floorpath marking changes

And if you're planning to modify seat-back entertainment panels as part of the process, we can assist with that too. Read on . . . .

AVIONICS

Much of our avionics work complements other sections of the design activities. Where there is structural work  -  see below  -  for example in the galley or toilets, the associated electronics usually go hand-in-hand.

When we are looking at stand-alone avionics, here are just four examples of our capabilities:
  • Passenger in-seat power solutions
  • Security camera systems
  • Electronic flight bags
  • Moving map systems

STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL

Of course layout of passenger accommodation heads this section, but here is a flavour of more we can do:
  • Galley re-configuration
  • Toilet re-configuration
  • Cabin-class dividers
  • Emergency equipment layout
  • Liveries and decal installations
  • Stress reports

ELECTRICAL LOAD ANALYSIS
Over the life of an aircraft it frequently happens that a large number of electrical loads are added or removed, individually insignificant but in total meaning that the build standard ELA no longer reflects the actual state of the aircraft's electrical loading.

Ask Corinium for a new and fully up-to-date ELA and
  • you'll get certainty
  • you'll get peace of mind
  • and you'll comply with the Airworthiness Code.
There's a lot to aircraft electrics : generators, circuit-breakers, wiring, connectors and more. What has changed since the aircraft rolled off the production line?
